Assessment

Partners:

During the first mobility meeting held in Portugal, the project objectives, the guide index, the work schedule, and the content were established. A concert was held among the partners, and a master class with the Portuguese band took place. An online training calendar was initiated with various training sessions proposed by different European musicians and conductors.

Students/Families:

Families involved in the project signed the relevant documentation according to the established protocol and were informed about the project itinerary as well as all relevant documentation.

Partners:

During the next mobility meeting, a concert with a Portuguese band took place, the project’s progress was analysed, points to be addressed in subsequent meetings were discussed, and any possible doubts were resolved, in addition to making the corresponding contributions. Agreements were made after each meeting and encounter where objectives were established. The planning of the event to be held later was initiated. Evaluation of all webinars and other online training was also conducted.

Students/Families:

Regarding families, they were informed about all the activities to be carried out. A form was sent to them to gather their impressions.

Partners:

In March, the event that concluded these two years of the project took place. It involved holding a concert with two other European bands where new pieces created for this purpose were premiered. The guide created by the three entities was presented to the families and all those who attended.

In addition to the concert, a series of recreational and cultural activities were scheduled. After the event, an evaluation was conducted for both families and students to gather their opinions. Their collaboration and participation were appreciated. All objectives set for this European project have been achieved, and the partners are satisfied with the outcome.
