22 septiembre, 2019The third trip was to Senigallia, Italy. The school Liceo Classico Statale Giulio Perticari is an upper secondary school which has pupils from 14 to 19.
They hosted us from the 23rd to 26th September in 2019. It is in Senigallia and it is a seaside resort of the province of Ancona on Italy’s Adriatic coast, in the Marche region. It’s one of the most famous summer resorts, but surprisingly what we will never forget about that town is the amount of rain and lack of sunshine that we had, and its incredible food and welcoming people.
We will also remember our visit to the subterranean cave “Le Grotte di Frasassi”, the pizza we cooked ourselves, the city of Mondavio, and of course, Senigallia’s mayor who received us personally. We are still in contact with some of the students we met and we’re planning to see them again in the future.
